安装OECMS提示500错误

在本地测试环境:
PHP version : 5.2.5
MySQL version : 5.0.45
报错：
Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

根目录下删除.htaccess 文件就可以了，我的就是这么搞定的
但具体原理不清楚，网上看到的，也不知道删掉有什么后果。

同样的问题 不知道为啥 用zendstudio打开还没法调试 不知道那个选项搞错了！
