设置都正常，为什么安装安主页空白?

目录权限设置都正常，没有异常，检测都通过，数据库也OK，安装完后打开主页为什么空白啊？在线求助。。。。
修改PHP.ini display。。=On后显示结果如下
Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /var/www/virtual/bocop70/home/wwwroot/source/core/run.php on line 0
这是什么问题?

PHP版本不对
运行环境必须是：php5.2.x+zend optimizer3.3.x
