不管是伪静态还是安装都会出现此错误除非给用户组全部

除非给用户组全部权限才可以。。可是给全部权限危险性也太高了 我是windows服务器的
没给目录全部完全控制权限就会出现这个问题。。给用户组全部控制权限就解决。。
