本地搭建不行！

我们的交友程我上传到ftp都可以安装也成功，为什么我在本地安装不行呢？是这个路径吧：http://127.0.0.1/install/install.php 本地测试我用的是xampp为什么不行呢
我吧文件解压了放到htdocs的文件夹里不对吗？我之前测试别的程序的是为什么都可以啊！
